Goals

It is important to have short and long term goals, this will keep you working towards your healthy lifestyle on those days where it just doesn’t see worth it!  Don’t be afraid to share your goals, those you share them with can offer motivation and advice!

Short Term:

Run my next 5k sub 22

Put aside time during the week to cook

Eat more in accordance to training, ex.) more protein on lifting days

No excuses, fit a workout into EVERYDAY

Long Term:

Run a half marathon during the 13-14 school year

Compete in crossfit games and competitions

Run full marathon

Graduate with honors
