Short Term:
Run my next 5k sub 22
Put aside time during the week to cook
Eat more in accordance to training, ex.) more protein on lifting days
No excuses, fit a workout into EVERYDAY
Long Term:
Run a half marathon during the 13-14 school year
Compete in crossfit games and competitions
Run full marathon
Graduate with honors
